  1. GENERAL
    A contract concluded on this website will be valid only if the other contracting Party is an adult natural person, having the right to establish a contractual relation, or a registered legal entity having the right to establish a contractual relation as a legal entity.
    By using this website, the user accepts financial responsibility for all uses of this website by her/him and/or other persons using it under her/his responsibility.
    These Terms and Conditions provide for the terms of the contractual relation between IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. acting as supplier for various accommodation packages and a client and/or customer using this website and/or purchasing services through it (hereinafter referred to as “the client” or “the customer”).
  2. RATES
    All rates are in the currency specified each time. The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates. The valid rates for any service booked are as published on the IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. website at the time of reservation.
  3. Children & Extra Bed Policy

Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots/cribs in a room is 1.

Extra beds/baby cots/cribs will incur extra charges

Extra beds and baby cots/cribs are upon request and need to be confirmed directly with the hotel for availability and cost.

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS 
    Payments for the services chosen and agreed on must be done as displayed within this website and/or system.
    By clicking on the “Book now” button after entering your credit card number you are deemed to be submitting a binding offer to the Company.
    No contractual or other obligations will be created for IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E., unless payment in full is received by IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. for all the services to be provided to the customer/ client and agreed on through this website.
    Your options for payment are as displayed within this website and/or system.
6. CANCELLATION
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking confirmation are entitle to full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the booking confirmation check in time will be charged the full amount of the reservation
  •  Cancellations made more than 90 days from check-in date are free of any cancellation fees.
  • Any cancellation within 90 days but not less than 31 days prior to the arrival date shall render their account liable to a cancellation fee equivalent to the reservation deposit amount.( the deposit amount is stated  on the reservation confirmation)
  • Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date shall be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of no-show the entire amount of the reservation will be kept and ii is non-refundable. The accommodation will be available for the client until before the checkout time of the next day, after which will be consider as a no show transaction.
    •    No refund is available for early departures (partial or full) according to the above.
    •    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of system error, system malfunction and or price calculation error. The client will be notify by email.
  •   IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of a technical reason and a full refund will be issued to the client within 30 days of the cancelation date.
    •    In the event of a confirmed booking being unavailable, IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. will endeavor to offer an Alternative solution of the same or higher standard in same location or manner. In the event where this is not possible IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. may offer a full refund if this alternative solution is not preferred.

 

  1. RESERVATION AMENDMENTS 
    Reservation amendments such as travel dates, room type or any other changes on the already confirmed online booking must be coordinated and confirmed by the Hotel’s reservation department and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  2. STAR RATINGS AND QUALITY OF ACCOMMODATION
    The client/customer/partner acknowledges that star and any other ratings are merely a general outline based on the official rating of Greece and may not be relied up on to identify the quality of the accommodation. Standards can vary within the classifications, and this is usually reflected in the price.
    The same applies for amenities offered and contracted such as: Single rooms, baby cots, roll down or pull out, or extra beds and any other amenities described.
  3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. has taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotels and other information are accurate.
    THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT/PARTNER ALSO ACKNOWLEDGES THAT: (I) WHILE IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. ENDEAVOURS TO KEEP ACCURATE AND UP-DATED ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE,  IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. IS TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR MISLEADING INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE.

Pictures of the premises might vary from the actual due to renovations, furniture and decoration changes.
If a certain facility is important to the client, then the client/customer should check with IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. that this facility or feature will be available during the client’s dates of stay.

  1. RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure.
    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if there is negligence, or if IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. or an authorized IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both.
  2. COMPLAINTS
    Should the customer have reason to make a complaint, the complaint must be communicated to IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. immediately. The complaint must be made and a remedy requested immediately on location to the office referred to in the confirmation. The right to raise claims is invalidated if a participant omits to notify a defect on location.   3. DUTY TO COOPERATE
    In the event of disruption to the Services provided each participant is obligated in the framework of statutory regulations to cooperate in avoiding or minimizing possible damage.

    If as a consequence of Force Majeure, IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E.is obliged to curtail, Alter or cancel a booking and/or any services agreed, the partner and/or client/customer shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation.
    The term “Force Majeure” includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of civil or international war, natural disasters, fires, exercise of municipal, legislative, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, or any other reason beyond the control of IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E.
  5. AMENDMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    This Agreement cannot otherwise be altered without prior consultation and agreement with IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E..
  6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. and the Client and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. in writing.
  7. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE
    IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. does not guarantee continuous access without interruption to its website, nor does IOANNIS KOUVALIS & MICHAIL KOUVALIS O.E. guarantee secure access to its services.

    Any Party buying services from this website acknowledges that the provision and the purchase of such services are done according to these Terms and Conditions.
  9. ASSIGNMENT IS NOT ALLOWED
    The Partner/client/customer may not assign, subcontract convey or delegate his/her rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Severability:
